My mom has an awesome laundry room. Lots of space and cabinets. A nice clothing rod to hang things to dry. Plenty of storage to keep things organized.
I, on the other hand, don’t have a laundry room. (Yes, I’m bitter about that – how could you tell?) We live in a condo and we share laundry facilities with several other places. Sigh. My dream home will have a laundry all my own.
Well, laundry can be such a chore that we need all the help we can get keeping things organized. When it’s easier to find what you need, and easier to do your laundry, you hopefully won’t put it off too long. Certainly not as long as I do – I hate carrying laundry up and down two flights of stairs and all the way to the other end of the building.
