		<description>I prep whatever I can find time for (things like garlic, veggies for stir fry, etc.) and stash them in the fridge for quick cooking. If you make menus before hand, then you can just look to your menu say, &quot;Oh, I&#039;ll need this, this, this,&quot; prep that and then it is ready for you to cook at the appropriate time. :) For me, I try to do this whenever my baby gives me the opportunity. Five minutes here and there can get you pretty far.</description>
